Крутой нонограмм

Мне все в ней нравиться. Играю больше месяца, проблем не было. Удобна в использовании.

На iPad не видно последней строчки из-за рекламы! Не видно ни цифр, ни клеток(только верхний краешек чуть чуть). При этом кнопка движения/увеличения никак не помогает! Пожалуйста! Исправьте этот недочет, иначе невозможно будет решить ни один кроссворд, который больше 9ти в длину! Игра очень прикольная и интересная! Не хотелось бы забрасывать и удалять ее из-за такого маленького недочета.

Задумка приложения интересная, но на этом все. Минусы: 1) зачем-то засекается время; 2) про двойное нажатие для того, чтобы поставить крест можете забыть; 3) если поставили крестик, нельзя просто поставить на него черный квадрат - надо переключать, убирать крест, снова переключать и закрасить ячейку; 4) очень неудобная разлиновка поля - не 5х5, как обычно. Не могу поставить две звезды только за одну идею.

I’ve been using this app for years now, I love the puzzles, and I love that ads are only needed for hints or extra rewards But right now the app is bugged and I can’t open 2/3 of the puzzle packs. This has been an issue for a while. Also the sync to Facebook doesn’t work. I was previously on android and switched to iPhone a while ago, and was unable to get back my years of progress because I can’t sync to the Facebook account. I just got logged out of my account and now all my progress has been reset. I don’t want to do the first 1000 puzzles a 3rd time. And because the sync to track progress doesn’t work, I feel like I’m going to lose any progress I make next time the app logs me out or I change phones If these bugs get fixed my review will change to a 5star But these bugs have been outstanding for far too long to deserve anything but 1 Star.

I really enjoy this app and play it daily. However, some of my packs won’t load - example the Princess pack just stays on the load screen with the title PACKNAME. Hopefully next update can fix this.

Another long-time user that cannot access the full Logic Pic game because of an iPad upgrade. Although contacted, I have not heard anything at all from support, thus only two stars. And I really liked this game!

The daily levels and the daily challenges are the only puzzles I can play, when I try to play Classic Levels, the levels just load, then get stuck on the loading screen. I am up to date on my app. Please fix. Thank you.

I love this app and play this game every day. But, I have had to replace my iPad a couple of times and each time I completely lose all my progress and have to start all over. It’s very frustrating.

I've previously given this game 5 stars and would again however I recently switched phones and the app will NOT connect to my Facebook to upload my account on which I paid for the lifetime VIP. I've sent an email to support thru the app menu, received an automated response then radio silence for almost a month now. Now I'm understanding the holidays probably put them behind but at least contact a person to acknowledge that you're working on the issue or even that you need more info to work on the problem, something, anything to reassure me that I haven't flushed all that time and money that I've spent on the game down the drain

I have been playing this app for years. I am walkways looking forward to new packs in classic mode. I upgraded a long time ago to VIP lifetime and 100% love it. I do have one issue. I recently upgraded my phone to a new iphone and now no daily levels load. I have reached out to support twice, and just crickets. Very disappointed in not being able to play and daily levels. I know my account migrated to my new phone because my classic mode progress is up to date with my old phone.

I used to love this game so much that I bought the VIP lifetime pass and now I no longer have access to VIP games. I have tired reaching out but never get a response

I enjoy this game very much. The only thing I’d change is to include a reset all levels.

I have literally played logic pic for probably like 10 years. I remember when they had two apps. I found this when I was like 13 maybe even 10-12(now 23) and am always coming back to play it. I can’t play any other games that are like this because this is just so well done. If they ever delete the app I will be devastated!

I bought VIP access years ago and ever since the new update I have lost all my progress and VIP access and my data cannot sync anymore. I’ve contacted “support” 3 times with no response.

I’ve had this game for YEARS, recently got a new phone and nothing loads tried to reinstall the app and the app says I’m not connected to internet so I cannot backup my progress. Such a shame as I’ve loved this game prior to this

I had to reinstall the game and lost everything. I was a lifetime VIP member and the restore purchases button did nothing. All of the progress I had on all puzzles is gone. I tried to reach out to support and got no response after 2 days.

For weeks now the daily puzzles will not load. And there is one new puzzle group that won’t load. I keep waiting for the developer to correct the issue but isn’t happening. I love these puzzles so I keep playing through the struggles. But is frustrating.

VIP for almost two years and all bugs still haven't been fixed. Emailed twice over the years and still no response. The latest ticket disappeared from Zendesk. Sync hasn't worked for ages, more than half of the prior daily games are not accessible, some past games do not load. 99% of the games are not challenging at all. The first 10 levels are always 15x15 which takes less than a minute to finish. I usually skip those. But the 15x20 ones - most rows/cols are blank anyways so they turn out to be just as quick as 10x15 games. There is no thought or creativity, just seem to push out as many puzzles as possible, which isn't very often. After paying for VIP, there are still game packs to be purchased. Not sure what VIP is for if previous games do not load and new games still have to be purchased. I've sent screenshots of the sync issue showing step by step where the error occurs, yet not a peep from support. Remember - this has been going on since at least 2022.

Have played this game for years. Purchased almost every extra pack available and paid full price for lifetime VIP years ago. A recent update took away my VIP status and repeated attempts to contact customer service have failed. All of my unlocked packs remain but for no reason I no longer have any VIP access.

I have been playing this game for 9-10 years now, consistently, which says a lot. I have restarted countless times just to re go through and have more to do. I have tried all the other nonogram apps, but truly Logic Pic will forever be my favorite.

I’ve been playing this game for years. The loading screen takes a ridiculously long time and every six months or so the entire app breaks and you either lose all your progress or aspects refuse to load.

Great game but the Summer and Actors packs don’t load.

I have always loved playing this game, for years now. For the past few months, it seems as though there have been many issues, that frequently go unresolved. For a span of two weeks I wasn’t even able to play my game because it wasn’t showing anything above the first two level packs. I reached out to support about this, and received no response. With time it seemed to fix itself, so everything was fine. Now, every time I’m trying to load into the game, it immediately crashes. I’m not sure why it’s doing this, but I can’t even even get into the app to contact support. Though I know contacting support would be fruitless, considering they never replied to my previous request. I would try deleting the game and reinstalling, but I probably would lose all my progress. Every time I’ve tried linking my account to either my Apple ID or my Facebook, it tells me I have no Internet connection and I’m not able to do so.

I bought VIP in 2020 and loved playing the game. I have lost my VIP status twice in the past and sent messages to have it restored and got response in a couple of days and my VIP status was restored and I could continue to love playing the game. I once again have lost my VIP status in September and have sent 23 subsequent messages to have VIP status restored and have not received one response. This used to be my favorite game but not anymore. Don’t waste your money on this game

I used to play this game constantly, however at one point an update came out that shrunk the puzzles. The margins around the puzzle are much bigger and the numbers and puzzle itself are too small for me to play much. The zoom in function isn’t adjustable so you’re either way too close or too far. I also am not able to load any new puzzle packs so only daily challenges are available

I used to love this app and play daily. I recently got a new phone and lost all my progress as well as my VIP membership that I paid for. I’ve tried to reach out to the team for help multiple times and unfortunately have gotten no response. What once was a nice relaxing daily wind down for me is unfortunately no longer an option and am extremely disappointed in the lack of response!

I have had Logic pic for over 5 years and love it. It’s by far the best logic pic game out there. I would more than 5 stars if I could. Best puzzle game ever.

The best logic puzzle game out there, hands down. I feel like I've downloaded and tried nearly all of these type of games but this is the only one I play every single day.

I have been playing this for several years and love it. It’s a challenge but not too hard to where I quit and delete the app. Lots of puzzles to do. But since a recent update you can’t access the daily calendar levels anymore.

I really love this app! So much so I bought VIP. However since last week I can’t access any levels after history. All it says is they are working hard. But it has been long enough I think it’s a problem/glitch. I wasn’t sure where else to report this problem. Please let me know what is happening and how to fix it.

After the most recent update, the daily puzzles no longer load. It just says “Error. Check your connection”. I know it isn’t a problem in my end because everything else works. Also, I paid for the Amusement Park special pack and it has never loaded. It just sits at the screen where it should load, but never shows the puzzles.

Loved this app for years and pay for the VIP subscription but like clockwork every few months the app completely crashes and removes all my history. Now the worst has happened, since a recent update, I’ve lost access to basically 80% of the packs that I paid for and simply can’t do the daily puzzles at all. What is the point of this app at this point, how difficult is it to keep this running in a stable manner? Feels like a shameless cash grab…

Exactly what the title says. Even though every other app and device connects to wifi just fine, this one won’t! I have tried seeing if there was an update (there wasn’t), and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. I paid full price for this game. I expect better.

Updated - Daily not opening Game is not opening. Last time this happened I lost all the years of completed daily puzzles. Never got them back. Game was updated again recently which may be the problem. Update: After a coupe of weeks of no help I reinstalled the game. It works now but all my coins and all progress is gone. I'll only play the daily now. No point in trying to finish anything. There are other game apps of this type that work better.

The newest update won’t let me play the daily challenge. It keeps saying no connection both on and off WiFi. My old review still stands because I will always be mad that years of progress was lost because of a fault game system. I’ve been playing since October 2017. There was an account link issue and then my game got stuck unable to open. I contacted them multiple times with no help. The only suggestion they gave was deleting the game and then logging in again. It was my last ditch effort and now I have no data anymore. Years of progress just gone. It was my favorite game but it’s too depressing to start over. They keep telling me to email them, so I do it and then they provide their auto response that they’re “working on it”. How about actually working on it instead of commenting on people’s reviews? Still can’t get in… wish they would fix it before they lose my game data forever. Not sure how often they run their backups, but it’s been so long that they might not have my old data anymore.

Newest update downloaded, and now the app doesn’t work. Seems to be a routine occurrence. Wish I’d never paid for the lifetime VIP subscription.

I purchased the lifetime package years ago. The app was messing up and not loading for a few weeks in fall 2023. I deleted the app and reloaded it. Whenever I select "restore purchase", it says it's successful, but the VIP levels and all daily levels are no longer included. I sent an email to customer support and sent 2 follow up emails. They need to either actually restore my purchase or refund me.

I love this game. I have had it for years, and I have a lifetime pro subscription. I started having issues with loading paid puzzle packs, so I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game. However, this removed my pro subscription. I then reset my phone to get the subscription back. I contacted support twice over this issue, and neither time did anyone respond. I still give it 2 stars because if you play the basic, ad-filled version, it’s a good game. But to lose access to puzzle packs, and for customer support to never respond, don’t bother investing money into the game.

This is my one and lonely when it comes to iPhone games. I seriously don’t play anything else - this game is perfect! I love the interface, I love the amount of packs available, and I’ve never regretted my purchase of the full version of the game. Recently, I’ve encountered a really frustrating bug. Several of the pro packs that I’ve started making progress on are no longer accessible. There are now 5 pro packs that are incomplete that I cannot re-access. When I click to load the pack, it brings up the load screen, then the wheel just stops spinning and I can’t get back into the pack. So bummed about this! And one other suggestion - a dark mode would be the coolest thing ever. I play this game when I’m falling asleep at night. As a co-sleeping parent, it would be amazing if the app was darker so the light from the screen was less likely to bother the sleeping babies! Probably would be better for my eyes, too 😉 Overall I LOVE this game and I’m so appreciative for all the work the developers are constantly putting into it! Thanks, LogiPic! ❤️

This is my favorite nonogram game and finish the puzzles way too fast. So I’ve hard to resort to finally purchases the extra puzzles. However, the last 3 purchases are blank. Not sure if there was an update that caused this. At first I would go into the purchased puzzles and it was stuck “Loading…” for about 2 weeks. Now I can access my list of purchases, but when I try to access the actual puzzles, it come up blank and says “Pack Name”. I emailed support a couple weeks ago and never heard back. Please fix of tell me how to add the puzzle packs again. Still my favorite game hands down. Thanks!

Switched phones and they won’t reply to updating my file. I can no longer access my paid subscription. I have supplied my receipt and still nothing. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. Been a customer for years. Don’t buy anything from these people!!!

I have been playing this game for years and paid for the Lifetime VIP membership. I got a new iPad a few weeks ago and daily puzzles will not load. On both my old iPad and new iPad I cannot sync to FB. I have put in numerous requests for help and all I receive is a ticket number. I don’t have much time left before I have to trade in my old iPad. Would be nice for help as I cannot play daily’s and paid for Lifetime. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GAME! IF YOU NEED HELP THEY IGNORE YOU!

Been playing this game for year almost daily. Love keeping my mind sharp with this. Only had issues a couple times where game would not load but still love the game.
